Quick Start Guide
Before using the conveyor roller for the first time – insert the sup-
port legs 4 into the main frame 1. You can secure the legs with the
knobs 8. Once the conveyor is assembled use the following guide-
lines for proper usage.
1. The conveyor is only to be used on level surfaces.
2. Position the conveyor into the required position and apply the
brakes on the end where material will be loaded.
3. Expand the unit to the desired length and apply the brake to the
other two casters at the opposite end.
4. Raise or lower the unit to the desired height and tighten the knobs
to lock it in place.
5. If you are using multiple units secure them in place using the con-
necting hook and repeat steps 1 to 4 to ensure the units are se-
cure and in the correct position for the work you are completing.
