Outlet scum baffle in fluid bed tank
The slotted outlet scum baffle prevents carrier material
entering the final sedimentation or the next tank. The baffle is
fitted in the fluid bed tank on the outlet side.

Fitting ventilation elements in fluid bed tank
The stainless steel air distributor
at right angles to the tank's longitudinal axis. The membrane
pipe aerators
are screwed to the air distributor inside the
2
tank.
Ensure that the perforation of the pipe aerators is on the
sides.
To prevent the aerators from having buoyancy, a concrete
weight
is fitted over the screw connection for the
3
downpipe. The stainless steel downpipe is then screwed on
to the air distributor.
Depending on the size of the system, the stainless steel
downpipe is extended with a connecting piece. All screw
connections on the stainless steel pipe should be sealed with
Teflon tape.
The stainless steel downpipe is secured to the dome shaft
with a hose clip and a threaded rod. A hole (8 mm in
diameter) should be drilled on the dome shaft. The threaded
rod is then guided through the hole and secured with nuts on
both sides.
