• The electrical and magnetic fields emitted by this electrical product may, under certain circumstances, interfere
with the function of your cardiac pacemaker. However, they are far below the permissible limits: electrical field
strength: max. 5000 V/m, magnetic field strength: max. 80 A/m, magnetic flux density: max, 0.1 milli tesla).
Therefore, please consult your doctor and the manufacturer of your pacemaker before using this product.
• The heating pad must not be used unattended.
• The heating pad must never be used folded or rolled up.
• The battery-operated heating pad must never be used in conjunction with other heating devices, e.g. car seat
heating pads or heating underblankets.
• The heating pad should not be sharply bent.
• Do not pull on, twist or sharply bend the supply cords.
• Do not stick in any pins, needles or sharp objects.
• The battery pack and connections must be protected against moisture, impacts or direct sunlight.
• The heating pad must be checked frequently for signs of wear or damage. If such signs are present, or if the
appliance has been used improperly, it must be taken to either the manufacturer or the dealer before further
use.
• Repairs to electrical appliances may only be carried out by specially trained persons. Incorrect repairs can
result in considerable danger to the user.
The battery in the battery pack must not be disassembled, thrown into fire or short-circuited.
• Only use the heating pad with the original battery pack (type AP1) supplied.
• Only use the original battery charger (type P-001B-B1010) to charge the battery pack. The battery charger
is only designed for indoor use and must not be exposed to any moisture.
