JAYS AB hereby undertakes to provide the buyer with a product that
is in full working order during the warranty period. Ownership rights
to components that are replaced during repairs belong to JAYS.
4) This warranty does not cover product deterioration caused by
normal wear and tear. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if:
a) the fault is caused by the product being exposed to damp,
moisture, extreme temperatures or temperature changes, chemical
products, abnormal impact damage or force majeure that is not
directly caused by faults in the materials, design or manufacture.
b) the customer fails to notify JAYS AB within 30 days of the fault
being discovered (within the warranty period).
c) it is not possible to identify the product by checking the serial
number that should be identical to the product the warranty is
supposed to cover.
d) the product has been used in an incorrect manner or has
been connected to an accessory which JAYS AB has advised the
customer not to use with the product.

The aim of EU's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
directives 2002/96/EC and the ROHS directive is to reduce waste from
electric and electronic products and to recycle as much of the materials
as possible. Any remaining waste should be virtually risk-free to handle
and the risk of hazardous emissions should be minimal.
