√ It is forbidden to refuel a burning biofireplace.
√ Burning biofireplace is hot.
√ Fuel supplement may only take place when the unit is cool.
√ Bio-container may be hot even several minutes after the flame is extinguished.
√ Lighting the fire should be performed by an adult, in compliance with all safety
rules.
√ The only permitted fuel for use in the bio-container is a bio-alcohol based fuel
(recommended BIO DECO liquid ). Combustion of other materials or substances
can damage biofireplace , cause fire, burns or severe injuries.
√ Biofuel should be stored at room temperature.
√ Children and other unaware people, staying close to the working device should
not be left unattended.
√ Do not place flammable materials near the biofireplace.
√ It is forbidden to make any modifications in the design of the biofireplace.
√ The device is not designed for continuous work.
√ Biofireplace is purely a decorative device and can not be used as a heater.
√ It is forbidden to place flammable materials on biofireplace.

√ If the biofireplace is equipped with convection grids or vents ,they can not be

5. Installation
Appliance should be installed and operated in accordance with applicable provisions
of the fire protection. During work, bio fireplace is absorbing oxygen from the air there-
fore it can only be installed in areas with adequate ventilation. Biofireplace should be
placed at a minimum distance of 1 m from flammable materials and products. Models:
Foxtrot, Galina, Hotel, Hotel Mini, Hotel Krzak, Hotel Mini Krzak, India, India Mini,
India Max Kilo, Linate, Misa, Misa Mini, Romeo, Sierra are free-standing units. After
placing the device in the right place, bio-fuel container should be installed in it as well.
Before installing biofireplace make sure that the room in which it will be located has an
efficient system of natural ventilation and vents are not sealed. It is inadvisable to to
place biofireplaces in rooms with a capacity of not more than 40 m3. Working of a few
biofireplaces is allowed in one room but their total fuel throughput cannot be higher
than 0,5l/h and an additional ventilation has been provided. The device cannot be put
in a place where there are draughts. The exchange of fresh air in a room should take
place at least every hour.
