Symptom
The product does not
start. No LEDs come on
when you push the
ON/OFF button.
Green LED flashes.
Red error LED flashes.
Red error LED is on.
No reaction from the mo-
tor when you push the
power trigger.
Sudden reaction from the
motor when you push the
power trigger, then the
motor stops.
The product stops when
you apply work load.
The product starts but
there is no vibration.
The vibrations in the
product are not correct.

Possible causes
Dirt on battery connectors.
The battery is defective.
Defective power connector between the
battery and the product.
Defective connection to user interface
connector.
The user interface is broken.
The cables between the control unit and
the user interface are damaged.
Short circuit in the control unit.
Low battery voltage
The temperature is too high.
The temperature of the control unit or the
battery is too low.
The power trigger and the ON/OFF but-
ton are used at the same time.
Permanent error codes prevent start of
the product.
The control unit is broken.
It is necessary to do servicing of the
product.
The motor connectors are not correctly
assembled.
Short circuit in the control unit.
The motor is broken.
Short circuit in the control unit.
Bad connection between the battery and
the product.
The vibration damping unit on the vibra-
tion shaft is damaged.
The eccentric element is incorrectly set.
Recommended step
Clean with compressed air or with a soft
brush.
Push the button on the battery. A minimum of
1 green LED must come on.
