take it to an authorised IMETEC Service Centre.
8. To avoid any dangerous overheating, we recommend unwinding the power
cord completely during use, and disconnecting the plug from the socket
when the appliance is not in use.
9. The control unit power cord cannot be replaced. If the cord gets damaged,
the control unit must be disposed of properly. Take the control unit to an
authorised IMETEC Service Centre for a replacement.
10. Should you decide not to use this appliance anymore, make it inoperative by
cutting the power cord after removing the plug from the socket. We also
recommend making all potentially dangerous parts of the appliance
harmless, particularly for children who might be tempted to play with it.
11. Never immerse the appliance in water.
12. Prolonged use at a high temperature may cause burns. Never fall asleep
with the heating pad in operation. Never pull the appliance by the power
cord and never use the cord as a grip. This appliance is not designed to be
used in hospitals. Do not use the appliance for the sick, infants or persons
insensitive to heat.
