6.7.- Electronic Programming Guide (EPG)
The ANT 7128 receives and stores information on the current TV and Radio
channels. This information includes a detailed timetable for the next
programming. This guide is very easy to use, as it shows all the information
on screen.
This guide supplies information on: program number, program name, date
and time (beginning and end) of broadcast.
Using the T T V V / / R R A A D D I I O O button, you can change from TV to Radio lists.
Press the E E P P G G button while you are tuned in to TV or Radio channels, and
you will access the Electronic Programming Guide (EPG).
The EPG will appear basically configured in three parts.
On the left will appear the current date and time, as well as a list showing
the numbers and names of the programs. Using the C C H H
you can move from one program to another.
Immediately on the right of this information will appear the names of the
current and next events. Using the V V O O L L /V V O O L L
from one option to another. Under the program list you will see
information on the selected event, such as its name and broadcast time.
Finally, at the bottom of this screen will appear the options allowed by this
menu.
Press button 1 1 on the EPG window to access a list with all the events being
broadcast on this program, as well as their broadcast times.
To browse through different broadcast days and times, use the V V O O L L ,
V V O O L L , C C H H
or C C H H
buttons. If you wish for more detailed information
on a given event, you should access the "Details" sub-menu by pressing
the O O K K button.
Another way of accessing the "Details" sub-menu is by pressing the O O K K
button on the EPG window.
You will access this sub-menu, in which a description will be given of the
current event. By pressing button 1 1 , you will see this description in
extended or summarized form.
The information contained in the guide comes with the signals provided
by the supplier. In the event that a program does not contain data for
guide information, the legend "No Information" will appear on screen.
Press the E E X X I I T T or M M E E N N U U buttons to leave EPG and directly access the
selected channel.
N N o o t t e e s s : :
- To receive the broadcast timetables correctly on the guide, you must first make the reference adjustment of YOUR LOCAL TIME
with reference to GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) or adjust directly by entering your current time in the "Region and Time"
option.
- When we define the time by using the GMT option, the time which will appear on screen is that provided by the supplier, so
these data may sometimes appear as incorrect for certain programs.
