ther instructions.
SAFETY SUMMARY
The following recommendations are made for the
safe and proper installation and use of the Walker
Holder:
GENERAL WARNINGS
DO NOT install this equipment without first read-
ing and understanding this instruction sheet. If you
are unable to understand the Warnings, Cautions
and Instructions, contact a healthcare profes-
sional, dealer or technical personnel if applicable,
before attempting to install this equipment - oth-
erwise, injury or damage may occur.
INSTALLATION WARNINGS
After ANY adjustments, repair or service and BE-
FORE use, make sure that all attaching hardware
is tightened securely.
The installation of the walker holder onto the back
of the scooter seat increases the length of the scooter
up to nine (9) inches. When turning the scooter or
swiveling the scooter seat, it is important to take note
of this increased length - otherwise, injury and/or dam-
age to surrounding property may result.
INSTALLING/REMOVING THE
WALKER HOLDER (FIGURE 1)
Installing
1. Remove mounting screw and locknut from acces-
sory tube located on the back of the seat.
2. Install the walker holder into the accessory tube.
3. Thread locknut on mounting screw until it touches
mounting screw head.
4. Reinstall mounting screw and locknut onto acces-
sory tube. Tighten mounting screw securely to walker
holder tube.
5. Tighten locknut securely to accessory tube.
NOTE: To remove walker holder, reverse STEPS 1-5.

1. Fold walker. REFER to walker instructions.
NOTE: Walker MUST be folded before using walker
holder.
2. Hang folded walker on walker holder hooks.
3. Secure walker with hook and loop straps.
