Insert the Double Hook Bracket (C) over the top of the second Center
Pole (B). Insert one Wingnut (H) through the Double Hook Bracket
(C) and into the top of the second Center Pole (B). Turn Wingnut (H)
clockwise to tighten down and secure parts together.
