PW610 ELECTRIC WOK INSTRUCTIONS

CARE AND CLEANING

DO NOT IMMERSE FLEX OR PLUGS, IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
Always turn the heat control dial to the "O" position and remove the plug from the
power supply before cleaning. Remove the control probe from the socket of wok.
Always use the wooden spatula or a plastic utensil to stir foods. Do not use metal
utensils as these will scratch the non-stick coating surface.
Dishwasher Safe
The wok and glass lid are completely dishwasher safe. The heating element is totally
sealed so it is safe to fully immerse in water.
Cleaning Wooden Spatula and Wire Rack
Wash in warm soapy water using a mild household cleaner. Dry with a soft cloth
before storing.
Control Probe
If cleaning is necessary, wipe over probe with a damp cloth.
Do not immerse the control probe in water or any other liquid.
Wok and Glass Lid
The wok and lid are fully immersible. Wash in warm soapy water using a mild
household cleaner and soft kitchen sponge.
Do not use abrasive or metal scourers as these would scratch the non-stick coating .
Dry the wok and lid thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing.
STORAGE
Store the probe carefully in a safe place. Do not knock or drop it as this could damage
the probe. If damage is suspected, return the control probe only to an authorized
service centre for examination, repair or adjustment.
