BARBECUE OPTION

Insert the plates with the grill facing up and open into the 180°
position by pulling the button on the side of the handle. Select
the mode by turning the middle knob to the left. Select the
desired cooking temperature using the left knob. The red indicator
light will go on when the unit has reached the selected temperature.
Place the food evenly on the plates.
Insert one of each of the plates in the appliance and open the grill
