Operation & Low battery:
Wait 15 seconds after power is applied for
unit to power up. It may take 1 tap to initialize
your dispenser depending on the position of
your spout when power was applied. When
replacing your spout or rotating off-on, wait
until the lights turn off before operation.
Note: To initially prime your dispenser it may
take several operations depending on the
thickness of your soap. When the dispenser is
operating normally the LED (1) will illuminate
BLUE. When your batteries are low the LED
will flash RED during operation as a reminder
to replace your batteries. If the dispenser does
not dispense soap and the red light is flashing,
your batteries are no longer able to operate
the pump. If the dispenser does not dispense
soap and your LED is BLUE, you may need to
refill your dispenser. Note: If you choose to
clean the soap bottle, ensure the electronics
do not get wet.
May have one or more batteries reversed.
Soap or lotion may be too thick. May need
to increase run time (page 5). Or, add a
small amount of water to soap.
Spout may not be secure on base (gap
between spout and base). Spout may be
rotated too far from center of base and
inadvertently turned unit off. Remove and
replace spout in center position. If light is
still not on, remove battery cap and reinstall
to reset unit.
or when working in sink area.
This may occur if you approach the unit at
a slow rate. If unit is in proximity mode, it
will sense your approach and turn on before
it can process the grab. Approach at faster
rate. If desired, hands-free can be disabled
to prevent this as well.
performance.
Excess amounts of water and / or soap on
base and contact clip. Clean and dry base
to improve performance.
Hands/fingers not close enough to spout to
activate proximity feature.
