Possible controls
- You can connect a motion detector to the screw connector (fig.2). The camera is then activated if
the motion detector detects motion.
- You can also connect a push button to the same screw connector (fig.2).
- You can connect both a push button and a motion detector. Thus, you can activate the camera
from inside with a single press on the button and the camera is also automatically activated if the
motion detector detects motion (fig.2).
- The camera interface can be switched on and off via the pc solution (see pc software).
- The screw connector's 12V terminal is provided with a 12V DC output to which e.g. a motion
detector (12V DC) can be connected. A separate power supply is not required.

Below, you find the standard settings. The N.O. contact closes if the motion detector is activated (or
if the external contact is closed). The external camera remains activated for as long as the motion
detector is activated (or the external contact is pressed). To this operating time, 30s. are added.
DIP 6 determines the polarity of the sensor that will activate the camera:
- OFF: a contact has to be connected to terminals 'signal in' and 'gnd' of the screw connector.
This contact is closed in rest position (The N.C. contact cannot be used to display an image on
a display or monitor permanently!).
- ON: a normally open contact has to be connected.
DIP 5 determines whether the sensor operates on level or edge detection:
- OFF: the camera operates for a set period of time. Once this time has elapsed, the camera is
deactivated. It is activated if the motion detector is reactivated.
- ON: the camera is activated for as long as the motion detector is activated. To this operating time,
the user-set time is added (see table).
