When the deviator is set to DUAL (i.e. centrally) both inputs are enabled and each will
supply a video signal to its 4 relevant outputs.
When the deviator is set to IN1 (i.e. left) the IN1 input is enabled and will supply a video
signal to all 8 outputs (the IN2 input is disabled).
When the deviator is set to IN2 (i.e. right) the IN2 input is enabled and will supply a
video signal on all 8 outputs (the IN1 input is disabled).
Installation procedure:
1. Select the deviator setting that best suits the CCTV installation requirements.
2. Connect the video cables for the input and output signals.
3. Plug the power jack into its socket.
4. Plug in the power supply unit to the mains.
5. Make sure that the yellow LED on the distributor's front panel lights up.
The unit does not need calibrating. Always stand it on a solid base, with the power cable
and other cables arranged in such a way that they do not hamper the operator.
To switch off the unit, unplug the power supply unit and disconnect the
jack on the video distributor.
