Installation procedure:

1) Please open the accessory case supplied with the tire spreader and take out the tray and spreading hooks.
2) Secure the tray reliably with 2 bolts on the rack.
3) Insert the dowel pin for left spreading hook into the corresponding fixing hole on the swing frame (which also applies to the RH
installation).
4) Connect the tire spreader to an air source (6-10kg/cm2) with a quick connector (1/4").
Operation steps:
1) Please perform an unloaded test run before operation. Check that it operates reliably before use.
2) Adjust the spreading hooks to a proper level according to the tire size. It is important to adjust both spreading hooks to the same level.
3) Stand a tire on the top cover, turn the spreading hook to hook onto the inside of the tire. Depress the ascending foot valve to spread the
tire to the required width (note: if the tire is raised so high that the it gets rid of the spreading hooks during operation, it indicates that the
spreading hook arms are too high and it is necessary to lower the hooks. Lower the spreading hooks to a suitable level and then spread
the tire again.)
4) When it is necessary to rotate the tire to another position, depress the descending foot valve to release air first. When the spreading
hooks haven been released from the tire, rotate the tire to the appropriate position on the top cover, and then repeat step 3 to spread the
tire.
5) Adjust the work light to a most suitable position so that adequate illumination and perfect effect of the vulcanizing agent can be
obtained.
6) When the repair has completed, depress the descending foot valve to release air and loosen the spreading hooks, and then take out the
tire from the tire spreader.
Maintenance:
1) Always clean off the dust and debris on the rack in time and check the fasteners for looseness.
2) The amount of oil in the oil cup shall always be 1/3-2/3 of the total volume of the oil cup. Adjust the oil drip rate to one drop of oil/5-6
strokes of the piston so as to ensure that the air circuit is adequately lubricated.
3) Regularly drip lubricating oil to the piston rod and pin shafts to reduce friction and extend the service life of the tire spreader.
