Operate safety valve manually
by pulling on ring. If valve still
leaks, it should be replaced.
Remove and clean, or replace.
Tighten pulley set screw;

specifications.
Tighten flywheel screw; see
Parts manual for torque
specifications.
Tighten mounting screws;
see Parts manual for torque
specifications.
Loosen wingnut and then
tighten wingnut until it contacts
the washer, plus one turn.
Have checked by a Trained
Service Technician.
