Possible corrective measures
Make sure that microSIM card is
correctly inserted.
Move toward a window or into
an open area. Check the network
operator coverage map.
Check whether the microSIM card is
more than 6~12 months old. If so,
change your microSIM card at your
network provider's nearest branch.
Contact your service provider.
If you forget the code, contact your
service provider.
To change the code, you need to
enter the new code and re-enter it.
