1.- Safety Measures

The receiver you have just bought has been built in accordance with international safety
standards.
We recommend you to read the following safety advice carefully.
POWER:
175 - 250 V~ 50/60 Hz.
OVERLOAD:
Do not overload the points, extensions or adaptors to avoid fire and electric shock
hazard.
LIQUIDS:
Do not expose the Receiver to splashing or dripping water.
Do not place objects or vessels containing liquids on or near the equipment.
SMALL OBJECTS:
Keep small metal objects away from the equipment. They might slip through the
Receiver ventilation grille causing serious damage.
CLEANING:
Unplug the Receiver from the power grid before cleaning.
Use a soft rag, slightly moistened in water (without detergent) to clean the outside
of the Receiver.
VENTILATION:
Place the Receiver in a well ventilated spot, leaving the grilles unobstructed.
Avoid heat source, sunlight or flame exposure.
Do not place other pieces of equipment on top of it.
CONNECTIONS:
Carry out only the recommended connections in order to avoid possible damage.
TV or VCR CONNECTION:
Turn the Receiver off before connecting it to a TV set or a VCR.
IF THIS IS NOT DONE, THE TV SET OR VCR EQUIPMENT MAY SUFFER
DAMAGE.
LOCATION:
Place the Receiver in an inner room, safe from electric discharges, rainfall or direct
sunlight.
Install the Receiver in a horizontal position.

NONE OF THE INSIDE PARTS ARE REPAIRABLE BY THE USER.
