Improper installation may void warranty.
The manufacturer recommends using two people;
however bedliner can be installed by one person.

PHILLIPS SCREW DRIVER
(For securing screws)
#30 TORX DRIVER
(For installing tailgate cover)
10MM SOCKET WRENCH
(For hex bolts in cargo management rails)
PORTABLE DRILL W/T20 TORX DRIVER
(For installing self-tapping screws)
TORQUE WRENCH
DE-BURRING TOOL
CLEANING:
Clean truck box and ensure floor drains (if applicable)
are clear to ensure ventilation and moisture drainage.
STEP 1 (FIGURE #1)
FIGURE #1
Using a #30 torx driver, remove and save eight (8)
screws from truck tailgate. Remove only the
screws
configurations.
(NOTE: Do not remove metal cover that is held
down by these 8 screws.)
FIGURE #2
STEP 2 (FIGURE #2)
Center the tailgate cover on the truck tailgate.
Press the cover down and forward into place. Line
up holes in tailgate cover with holes in truck
tailgate.
FIGURE #3
STEP 3 (FIGURE #3 & FIGURE #4)
Use the eight (8) screws, removed in Step 1, to
fasten the tailgate cover to the tailgate with #30
FIGURE #4
Torx Driver.
Torque specifications: 62 in lb +/- 4.4 in lb
(7 Nm +/- 0.5 Nm)
DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS.
