1. Wash all parts thoroughly with soap and warm water and allow to air dry
2. Confirm the base of the smoker is fully assembled.
a) Carefully place smoker onto its back so the front door is facing upward.
b) Confirm that front legs and rear wheels are securely attached to base of unit.
c) Carefully place smoker back to upright position (feet and wheels on floor).
3. Install handle and screws.
a) Remove two Phillips head screws from top back of smoker.
b) Position so that holes of the handle line up with holes and reinstall both Phillips heads screws
4. Install smoking racks.
a) Place rack on top of metal supports with metal tab on bottom of rack towards back of smoker.
5. Install upper oval water pan into receiving slots just below bottom rack.
6. Install lower rectangular water pan into the upper left side of lower door.
7. Install smoke box with handle facing outward.
8. Install rectangular drip tray in lower portion of smoker.
Before first Use
1. Remove all racks from interior of
smoker.
2. Wipe down interior of smoker with
damp towel , and clean thoroughly.
3. Allow to fully dry.
4. On a folded paper towel pour two
tablespoons of vegetable oil and coat
all interior walls.
5. Place a handful of wood chips or pel-
lets in smoke box.
6. Set smoker to 225°F and two hours'
time. Once complete, the smoker is
fully seasoned and ready for use.
