• WARNING: Never attempt to move the appliance when it is hot. The interior drip pan, water pans or other
food items can spill liquid and cause serious injury.
• ALWAYS use protctive gloves and equipment when removing or inserting food into the Smoker. Use caution
as all interior surfaces will be hot and can cause serious burns.
• CAUTION: Do not cover or wrap ooking racks with aluminium foil or other item that will trap the heat, this
will damage the smoker.
• Ensure that the drip pan is installed in the bottom-most opening of the interior of the Smoker. Do not place
the drip pan on any rack as it will trap the heat and damage the smoker.
• DO NOT leave the appliance unattended when in use.
• CAUTION: Always open the smoker doors cautiously as steam can escape and scald. It is recommended
that the doors be opened slowly, allowing steam/smoke to escape out of the top and away from the user.
Never place any body part in a position where it can be scalded by steam/smoke wehen opening any door.
Important Hints on Installation
The product should be used under shelters with the size not less than 3 m x 3 m x 2,50 m (W x D x H) and it
should be placed under the very middle of the shelter.
