Charge distributor
Installation instructions
The charge distributor (1) is fitted to distribute the
charge between two batteries in a system with dou-
ble battery circuits.
Important! Stop the engine and turn off the
main switches before starting on the electrical
system.
1.
Mount the charge distributor with its' cooling fins ver-
tical for the best cooling. Place in a position with
good air circulation.
2.
Undo the positive starter motor cable that appears
from the main cable harness running between the al-
ternator (2) and the starter motor (3). Splice in a new
cable. Make sure the splice is well insulated. Con-
nect the new positive cable to the center connection
on the charge distributor.

Undo the yellow sensor cable from the starter motor.
Splice in a new cable. Make sure the splice is well
insulated. Connect the new sensor cable to the auxil-
iary battery (4) main switch (5). (Consumer side)

Connect a positive cable from the charge distributor
to each batterys' positive pole, via the main switch-
es.
5.
Connect a negative cable from the negative pole on
the auxiliary battery to the negative pole on the start
battery (6).
Important! Make sure the charge distributor is
located in a well ventilated position.

different lengths. Measure the length of the positive
wire all the way from the alternator to the positive
pole on the battery.
