Seat Replacement
What you will need:
• Phillips Screwdriver
• (1) Adjustable Wrench or (1) 8mm Wrench
and (1) 18mm Wrench
• 4 mm Hex Key
Removing the Seat
IMPORTANT: If you have a REVOLUTION®
PRO stroller, the brake cable assembly will
need to be detached from the hand brake and
reinstalled. Please take your BOB Stroller to
a certified bicycle repair shop to perform this
procedure.
1. Remove the front wheel nose cover by
removing the three Phillips screws securing
it to the stroller frame (Fig. 1).
NOTE: Set aside all screws and
components removed in this instruction for
later use.
2. Turn the stroller over and remove the two
Phillips screws in the footwell (Fig. 2).
3. From the underside of the stroller, remove
the front two fabric screws and nuts
attaching the low boy storage basket to the
frame (Fig. 3).
4. Using a 4 mm hex key, remove the two
nuts connecting the fold release cable
to the frame, then route the ends out of
the seat by pulling through the loops and
toward the center (Fig. 4).
5. Remove the screws securing the stroller
harness straps to the frame (Fig. 5).
6. Remove the black hook-and-loop tension
strap from the underside of the seat (Fig. 6).
7. Return the stroller to the upright position
and unzip the canopy from the seat (Fig. 7).
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the
canopy from the stroller. With the canopy
screws removed, the canopy can be easily
moved out of the way.
8. Remove the screws that attach the canopy
to the handlebar.
a. Place one finger on the lock nut on the
inner side of the handlebar release lever
(Fig. 8a). Hold the locknut in place for
the remainder of this step.
b. Remove the screw from the handlebar
release lever (Fig. 8b) and pull the
canopy grommet and seat grommet
away from the handlebar.
