This appliance does not require special maintenance. Clean it regularly.
Before emptying and cleaning the appliance, always unplug the power
supply cable.
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the base unit.
Clean the attachments using a cloth dampen with alcohol.
Do not use any corrosive products or chemical solvents.
Attention: keep dry the appliance.
NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER.
Installation or replacement of the batteries.
Before replacing or removing the batteries, check that the appliance is
switched off.
Remove the cover and insert batteries having the technical characteristics
(2 x AA 1,5V)
indicated on the appliance
so that the polarity symbols are
positioned correctly. Close the cover.
If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extended period of time,
remove the batteries. If the batteries are leaking, be careful not to touch
the acid which has leaked out.
If you come into contact with the acid, wash your hands thoroughly. Be
careful that the acid does not come into contact with the eyes and that it
is not ingested.
Remove the batteries from the appliance before its disposal. Do not
dispose the batteries with domestic waste. The batteries must be
disposed of in the appropriate containers or in the specific collecting
centre. Suitable segregated collection helps prevent damage to the
environment and to human health.
