SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read these safety instructions carefully before
using your appliance and keep safe for future
reference.
• This appliance is designed to be used for
domestic and similar purposes such as:
– kitchens used by employees in shops, offices
and other working environments;
– farms;
– use by customers of hotels, motels and other
environments of a residential nature;
– other bed and breakfast-type
accommodation;
• WARNING: This appliance and its accessible
parts become hot during use.
• You must not touch the heating elements.
• You must keep children under 8 years of
age at a distance, unless they are constantly
monitored.
• This appliance can be used by children aged
8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of
experience or knowledge, on the condition that
they have been supervised or have received
instructions for using the appliance in a safe

way and understand the dangers involved.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance by the user must
not be carried out by children unless they are
over 8 years of age and are supervised.
• Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach
of children under 8 years of age.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, their after-
sales service or a similarly qualified person to
prevent any hazards.
• The temperature of adjacent surfaces may be
high when the appliance is on.
• The door or outer surface of the microwave
may become hot while it is switched on.
• CAUTION: Allowing the food to cook
unsupervised on a cooktop using fat or oil may
be dangerous and cause a fire.
• NEVER attempt to extinguish a fire with
water. Instead stop the appliance and then
cover the flames for example with a lid or a fire
blanket.
• WARNING: Fire risk: Do not store any
objects on the cooking surfaces.
• Do not use steam-cleaning equipment.
