ImPORTANT SAFETY INFORmATION

Intended for use by Adults only.
When using this or any other electrical product, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
• Always add 70 ml of water before use. If
you put too little or too much water into the
steriliser it will not operate correctly.
• Do not open whilst in use as this product
contains boiling water. Beware of escaping
steam from the vent holes in the lid.
• Always allow at least 3 minutes cooling time
before opening.
• Take care when lifting the steriliser lid after
use to avoid scalding.
• Keep all components out of reach of
children.
• Never place items on top of the steriliser.
• Always unplug from the mains when not in
use. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of
table or counter, or touch a hot surface.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with this appliance.

Information on the disposal for Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
This symbol on the products and accompanying documents means that used electrical and electronic products should not be mixed
with general household waste. For proper disposal for treatment, recovery and recycling, please take these products to designated
collection points where they will be accepted on a free of charge basis. In some countries you may be able to return your products to
your local retailer upon the purchase of a new product. Disposing of this product correctly will help you save valuable resources and
prevent any possible effects on human health and the environment, which could otherwise arise from inappropriate waste handling.
Please contact your local authority for further details of your nearest collection point for WEEE. Penalties may be applicable for the
incorrect disposal of this product in accordance with national legislation.

BEFORE USING YOUR NÛBY™ STERILISER FOR THE FIRST TImE

1. Snap central stem onto tray base
2. Place upper tray on central stem so that the notch and groove line up, ensuring a proper fit.
3.Pour 70 ml of water into the sterilising chamber. Use a measuring cup to measure the water amount, or your NATURAL TOUCH™ bottles have a
handy 70 ml marking.
WARNING: USING MORE WATER THAN SUGGESTED WILL INCREASE THE CYCLE TIME. USING LESS WATER MAY NOT STERILISE THE CONTENTS
PROPERLY.
4. Place assembled parts inside of the steriliser.
5. Put the lid on top and plug into outlet.
6. Press the power button to begin sterilisation process. The light will glow ORANGE. This indicates that the steriliser is in warm up mode and will auto-
matically begin the sterilisation cycle when the appropriate temperature has been reached (after approximately 3 minutes).
7. The sterilisation cycle will last approximately 5 minutes. The ORANGE light will switch off when the sterilisation cycle is complete. Please wait 3
minutes before lifting lid to allow unit to cool down.
8. When cool, unplug the unit and remove the lid carefully by the handle. LID WILL BE VERY HOT. Keep hands and face away from unit when opening
lid. Now remove the trays.
9. Pour any excess water out of unit and wipe dry.
The steriliser is now ready for use.
As well as bottles, you can sterilise breast feeding accessories and any other suitable feeding items (please refer to the manufacturer's instructions
regarding sterilisation).

experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
• Always use on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
• Before plugging in the steriliser for the first
time, ensure the voltage is compatible with
your electricity supply by checking the label on
the base of the unit.
• The appliance is for household use only. Do
not use outdoors.

• Do not immerse in water. Clean with a damp
cloth only.
• Pour out excess water and unplug appliance
when not in use, or before cleaning or storing.
