General Procedure
Plug in, the screen displays
"——". Press the "Start/Cancel"
to enter the standby mode. The
screen displays "00"
Detailed Procedure
1. Disinfect the glasses and cover with boiling water for more than 1min.
2. Pour the ingredients at the proportion (20:1) based on the following recipes into a large
container and mix them evenly. Move them into glasses, 170mL each.
Recipe 1: (Pasteurized) fresh milk + starter or 5% yogurt in cold storage, e.g.: 500 ml
milk + 25 ml yogurt.
Recipe 2: (Cooked) soybean milk + starter or 5% yogurt in cold storage.
3. Set the time of fermentation according to location, season, weather and ambient tempe-
rature. If the temperature is high, the time can be decreased accordingly, or determined
as the case may be!
When the ambient temperature is high, this product is used as follows:
4. Place the prepared milk, dry milk or soybean milk in the main body, mount the cover
and power on;
5. After the screen lights on, set the time to 8-10h. After making yogurt, the power supply
is cut off.
6. Microcomputer controlled yogurt maker reminds the completion of making with a tone,
and the screen still shows 00, but the operation has stopped.

Making Yogurt

Press the "Set" ket to select the
function of F1 Yogurt. Press the
"+ -" keys to set the time. Press
the "+ -" keys simultaneously
to enter the state of tempera-
ture setting
Press the "Start/Cancel" key to
start the maker. (the default
time is 8h)
