Detailed Procedure
1. Disinfect the glasses and cover with boiling water for more than 1min.
2. Steam the immersed soybeans in the pan till fully cooked.
3. Take out the fully cooked soybeans, place them into the container for cooling to the nor-
mal temperature, add the diluted Natto starter, and mix them evenly.
4. Place the soybeans mixed with Natto starter into the yogurt maker, mount the cover,
plug in and power on for fermentation for about 18h. Press the Set key to select the
function of Natto(displaying F3 on the screen), and the default time is 18h. After setting
the time, natto will be made automatically.
5. Natto does not require sealed container, and the cover must be well ventilated.
6. Set the time of fermentation according to location, season, weather and ambient tempe-
rature. If the temperature is high, the time can be decreased accordingly, or determined
as the case may be!
Important Hints on making Natto
• This product is provided with only glasses, so the large container must be purchased
separately.
• Key Point: As natto is fermented by aerobic bacteria, the cover is not mounted during ma-
king to allow the exposure of beans to the air for sufficient oxygen needed in the process
and dissipation of excessive heat, in order to make the best natto.
• Microcomputer controlled yogurt maker reminds the completion of making with a tone,
and the screen still shows 00, but the operation has stopped.

function of F1 Yogurt. Press the
"+ -" keys to set the time. Press
the "+ -" keys simultaneously
to enter the state of tempera-
ture setting
Press the "Start/Cancel" key to
start the maker. (the default
time is 18h)
