7. Test run
• If the unit cannot be operated properly after test run, refer to the following table to find the cause.

Display messages do not appear
even when operation switch is

On the wireless remote controller with condition above, following phenomena take place.
• No signals from the remote controller are accepted.
• Operation lamp is blinking.
• The buzzer makes a short ping sound.
Note:
Operation is not possible for about 30 seconds after cancellation of function selection. (Correct operation)

Symptom
LED 1, 2 (PCB in outdoor unit)
For about 2 minutes
After LED 1, 2 are lit, LED 2 is turned off,
after power-on
then only LED 1 is lit. (Correct operation)

Be careful not to spray water into

7.4. Check of drainage (Fig. 7-5)
• Ensure that the water is being properly drained out and that no water is leaking
from joints.
When electric work is completed.
• Pour water during cooling operation of test run (refer to 7.2.) and check.
When electric work is not completed.
• Pour water during emergency operation and check.
* Drain pan and fan are activated simultaneously when single phase 220-240 V is
turned on to S1 and S2 on terminal block after the connector (SWE) on controller
board in the electrical box is set to ON.
Be sure to turn it back to the former state after work.
