ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TOOLS REQUIRED: Phillips Screwdriver, Slotted Screwdriver,
Padded Hammer or Mallet, Outdoor Wood Glue

1) Spread a thin film of glue in the dowel holes in each end of the Back (3c), Front Apron (4c)
and Center Brace of Seat Assembly (5) and insert dowels (C) as shown in Fig. 1. Wipe off
any excess glue with a damp rag.

2) NOTE: The seat must be attached so that the curvature of the Seat Assembly (5c)
matches the curvature of the Center Brace of the Leg Assembly (2c).
Spread a thin film of glue in the dowel holes in the Right Leg Assembly (2c), the front side
of the Back Assembly (3c) and on the back side of the Front Apron (4c). Wipe off any
excess glue with a damp rag.
Attach the Back Assembly (3c), Seat Assembly (5c) and Front Apron (4) to the Right Leg
Assembly (2c). Secure with 6x70mm Barrel Bolts (A) and Barrel Nuts (B). The ends of the
Barrel Nuts are notched to allow a slotted screwdirver to be used to rotate the nut so that
the threaded holes line up with the bolt.
