With the appliance off, press the MEM and START keys simultaneously;
when they are released the month will start flashing and can be set using
the MEM key.
Press the START key again to select the day and then the time. To adjust
the settings, press the MEM key.
CAUTION: The date and time must be set again after replacing the batteries!
With the appliance off, press the MEM key and hold it pressed. Without
releasing the key, view the available languages scrolling on the display
(L1, L2, etc.).
When the desired language appears, release the key.
Selecting "L0" will switch off the voice function.
Then press the START key to set the voice volume. The volume will
increase each time the MEM key is pressed.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Perform the measurement while seated or lying down. Keep your arm in a
natural position and the wristband at the same height as the heart.
Use a bag or similar object to support your arm, as shown in Figure 2.
Do not touch the wristband during the measurement.
