Possible cause / solution
k The rechargeable battery is empty; recharge the appliance.
k The rechargeable battery has not been charged.
Charge the rechargeable battery.
Check if the filter has been inserted correctly. .

k The dirt collector is full. Empty the dirt collector.
k The filter is clogged / strongly soiled. Clean all filters.
k The cleaning brush is dirty / blocked. Remove and clean the brushes.
k The suction channel is blocked. Remove the floor head and remove
any interfering objects.
