User Instructions for the full-face helmet model: Full-face, Cross, S4.
Congratulations on your purchase of an Airoh helmet. Carefully read and keep to the
instructions for use provided herein and maintain them throughout the whole life of the
helmet.
Failure to observe these instructions may reduce the protection provided by the helmet.
Quick Retention System
The helmet's quick release retention system is approved according to the regulations in
force.
The system is factory-adjusted at a standard length. Before use, check that it is correctly
pre-adjusted. Put the helmet on and fasten the strap by inserting the fastening flap into the
clip-on mechanism.
In this position the chin strap must be well fastened and not be too tight round the neck.
If the chin strap is either too tight or too loose, it is necessary to carry out a customized
adjustment by shortening or lengthening the band at the fastening buckle,
Push the red slider forward to unfasten the chin strap,
- This helmet is equipped with a ring antitheft system that allows you to attach it to your
motorcycle.
Adjustable Peak
The peak can be easily and quickly adjusted so as to allow a customized adjustment for
any condition and use.
Loosen the two upper attachment sliders, adjust the peak to the best position and screw
the sliders again to fix the position you chose
--Fastening sliders with bayonet coupling, to unlock simply rotate 1/4 turn.
Modular Helmet
The helmet may be given alternative configurations thanks to aseries of accessories,
A)-Enduro-street version complete with: -- Peak and Visor
B)-Street version complete with:
C)-Enduro-cross version complete with: -- Peak
Accessories are available at Airoh authorised dealers.
The helmet is sold in configuration A). To achieve other configurations the helmet must be
disassembled as follows:
Disassembly of Peak and Visor,

1)-Undo the upper sliders fastening the peak by turning them by 90°, and remove them.
2)-Detach the clip-on fastenings covering the peak by levering at the lower part, and
remove them.
3)-Unscrew the side fastening screws on the peak, using a coin if necessary, and remove
them.
4)-Remove the peak and the visor.
--The helmet can now be reassembled using accessories according to configurations,

Version A) Enduro-Street
1)-Place the visor onto the helmet and hook each end into the corresponding slot.
2)-Position the peak on the helmet, aligning the holes on the peak with those on the shell.
3)-Insert the upper sliders for fastening the peak and block them by turning them by 90°
4)-Insert the side fastening screws and screw them in, tightening them by no more than ¼
of a turn.
5)-Position the peak-covering plates and engage the front flap. Fasten them by pushing
until you hear the fastening click.
Check that the visor mechanism works properly and, if necessary, repeat the operations
described above.
Version B) Enduro-Street
1)-Place the visor onto the helmet and hook each end into the corresponding slot.
2)-Position the visor-covering plates.
3)-Insert the side fastening screws and screw them in, tightening them by no more than ¼
of a turn.

4)-Clip screw covers into position.
5)-Position the hole caps and engage the front flap. Fasten them by pushing until you hear
the fastening click.
Check that the visor mechanism works properly and, if necessary, repeat the operations
described above.
Version C) Enduro-Cross
1)-Position the peak on the helmet, aligning the holes on the peak with those on the shell.
2)-Insert the upper sliders for fastening the peak and block them by turning them by 90°
3)-Insert the side fastening screws and screw them in, tightening them by no more than ¼
of a turn.
4)-Position the peak-covering plates and engage the front flap. Fasten them by pushing
until you hear the fastening click.

-- Use only compressed air, water and mild soap to clean the mechanism
-- The mechanism is spring-operated and the materials used are self-lubricating, so it does
not need lubricating.
High Optical Visor
Scratch resistant visor made of 2.2 mm thick Lexan, providing high quality vision.
Visor movement mechanism with 3 adjustment positions and quick release system.
Ergonomic opening system of the visor with locking function; the closing mechanism
conceived for the inner part assures a greater visor closing strength; to close it, pull the visor
down until you hear a fastening click,

Cleaning and maintenance:
- Use only compressed air, water and mild soap to clean the mechanism
