2. Attach Downrods and Support Bars
2A:
Connect Downrods (B) to Ceiling Brackets
(A) using (2) 1/4" x 1-1/2" Hex Bolts (J) and
(2) Flange Nuts (H).
3. Place and Attach Grids
3A:
Lay (2) Wire Grids (D) evenly on the outside edges of
the Support Bars (C) (Note: Long grid wires are on the
bottom) and attach loosely using (4) 1/4" x 2" Carriage
Bolts (K) and (4) Flange Nuts (H) as shown. Do not
tighten at this time.
You have now completed the installation and are ready to load your new HyLoft Storage Unit.
(Maximum 250 lbs. per 42" x 42" unit, evenly distributed.)
Periodically, (at least annually) check all connections to ensure that they remain tightly fastened.
Installing Two HyLoft 42" x 42" Units: Follow the instructions above. Multiple HyLoft Units may be
joined together by using the Plastic Tie Straps (L) provided.

Connect Support Bars (C) to Downrods (B) using
(2) 1/4" x 1-1/2" Hex Bolts (J) and (2) Flange Nuts
(H). Be sure to install the second support bar
assembly parallel and in line with the first
one installed.
3B:
Lay the third Wire Grid (D) on top of the
Support Bars (C), between the (2) Outer
Grids and bolt together using (4) #6 x 1"
Carriage Bolts (F), (4) Washers (I), and (4)
#6 Hex Nuts (G) - 3 on each side.
Now tighten (K) and (H).
