10. Assembly and connection
Open the storage battery compartment on the rear of the manual
indicator.
Connect the charged storage battery to the manual indicator and
insert; close storage battery compartment.
Screw on force transmitter using the 4 cheese head screws to the
base plate of the force-measurement device 0 986 612 878.
Connect the force transmitter cable to the manual indicator.
For stationary deployment, mount the fastening angle at the
workplace at eye level and the insert the manual indicator.
11. Note on manual indicator
Important!
The key sequence as in Section 12.2 must be observed!
The manual indicator is multipurpose device, to which the most varied of signal generators
can be connected.
For these functions keys/key combinations are required on the keyboard, that are not
described in these instructions.
If, inadvertently, a key / key combination is used that is not described and the manual
indicator is in an unknown mode, then the manual indicator must be switched off using
the On/Off switch on top of the device.
After switching it on again the manual indicator returns to the standard mode.
On no account, should you attempt to change from an unknown mode by pressing one or
several keys to return to the standard mode.
By doing this, the calibration and other default settings of the manual indicator
could be modified or deleted.
Default setting or calibration can only be performed for a fee.
