LIMITED WARRANTY
TriStar Enterprises, L.L.C. ("TSE") warrants the TriStar
home cleaning system on a limited basis as provided for
herein to be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal household use and service as provided and
for the time periods specified in the table on page 16. This
limited warranty does not cover (1) use of the TriStar for
commercial, institutional, professional, rental or other non-
household purposes; (2) damage resulting from misuse or
negligence; (3) damage caused by picking up liquid; (4)
damage caused by use of an improper current or voltage; (5)
damage resulting from service performed by any person
other than an authorized TriStar service person; (6) the cost
of transportation, pick-up, mailing and/or delivery; or (7)
any optional accessory.
IMPORTANT: This limited warranty ONLY applies to a
TriStar purchased from an authorized TriStar distributor.
TSE does not provide any limited warranty on a TriStar
purchased from anyone other than an authorized TriStar
distributor. TSE also does not provide any limited warranty
on any TriStar purchased from an Internet site or through
the mail. In addition, this limited warranty does not apply
to any unit as to which the serial number has been altered,
defaced, or removed, or which has not been operated or
maintained in accordance with this instruction manual.
TSE will repair or replace any defective part under this
limited warranty provided the part is delivered or returned,
transportation prepaid, with proof of purchase date, to the
authorized TriStar distributor from which it was purchased.
If such distributor can not be located, the defective part may
be returned to TSE itself. If the part is found on inspection
to be defective in material or workmanship it will be
repaired or replaced at the option of TSE and returned to
the sender, freight or postage collect. No reimbursement
will be made for replacement of defective parts or service
performed during the limited warranty period if done by
anyone other than the authorized TriStar distributor from
which the unit was purchased or by TSE.
There is no other express limited warranty applicable to
your TriStar. To the extent applicable, implied warranties,
including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, are limited in duration to the period of
the time during which the express limited warranty given
herein is in effect. All consequential or other damages
resulting from breach of this limited warranty are excluded
from coverage under this limited warranty.
Exclusion of other Warranties and Conditions -
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, T
REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED,
INCLUDING ANY
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
No TriStar distributor, salesperson, or anyone else, has
authority to increase or alter in any way the obligations or
terms of this limited warranty.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and
you may have other rights which vary from state to
state/province to province.
If the TriStar home cleaning system is completely
destroyed by a residential fire, it will be replaced by TSE
upon verification from the Fire Department.

IMPLIED WARRANTY

nettoyage domestique TriStar est exempt de vice de matériau et
de fabrication dans des conditions normales d'utilisation
domestique et d'entretien, ainsi qu'il est stipulé et pour les
durées spécifiées au tableau de la page 16.

(2) les dommages causés par une mauvaise utilisation ou la

tension ou d'un courant inexact; (5) les dommages découlant
d'un entretien effectué par toute personne autre qu'un
technicien d'entretien TriStar autorisé; (6) les frais de
transport, de cueillette, de poste et(ou) de livraison ; (7) les
accessoires en option.
IMPORTANT:
SEULEMENT aux appareils TriStar achetés chez un
distributeur TriStar autorisé. TSE ne donne aucune garantie
limitée pour les appareils TriStar achetés ailleurs que chez un
distributeur TriStar autorisé. TSE ne donne aucune garantie
limitée pour les appareils TriStar achetés sur un site Internet
ou par la poste. De plus, cette garantie limitée ne s'applique
pas aux appareils dont le numéro de série a été modifié, mutilé
ou enlevé, ni aux appareils qui n'ont pas été utilisés ou
entretenus conformément à ce livret d'instructions.
TSE réparera ou remplacera toute pièce défectueuse
protégée par cette garantie limitée, à condition que la pièce soit
retournée, frais de transport prépayés, avec une preuve de date
d'achat, au distributeur TriStar autorisé auprès duquel elle a
été achetée. Si le distributeur auprès duquel l'appareil a été
acheté est introuvable, la pièce défectueuse peut être retournée
directement à TSE. Si, lors de l'inspection, la pièce présente
des vices de matériau ou de fabrication, elle sera remplacée ou
réparée, à la discrétion de TSE, et sera retournée à l'expéditeur,
port dû. Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé pour le
remplacement de pièces défectueuses ou un entretien effectués,
durant la période de garantie limitée, par une personne autre
que le distributeur TriStar autorisé auprès duquel l'appareil a
été acheté ou TSE.
Aucune autre garantie limitée explicite ne s'applique à
votre appareil TriStar. Dans la mesure où c'est applicable, les
garanties implicites, incluant les garanties de qualité marchande
et de convenance à un usage particulier, sont limitées à la
période durant laquelle la présente garantie limitée explicite est
en vigueur. Tous les dommages consécutifs ou tous les autres
dommages découlant d'une violation de la présente garantie
limitée ne sont pas couverts par la présente garantie limitée.

Aucun distributeur TriStar, vendeur ou qui que ce
soit n'est autorisé à rehausser ou modifier de quelque
façon que ce soit les obligations et conditions de la
présente garantie limitée.
La présente garantie limitée vous octroie des droits légaux
spécifiques, et vous pouvez jouir d'autres droits qui varient
selon les provinces/États.
Si le système de nettoyage domestique TriStar est
entièrement détruit dans l'incendie d'une résidence, il sera
remplacé par TSE, après vérification auprès du service
d'incendie.
