The power cord connected to the appliance must be
properly grounded and correspond to the technical details
on the product label.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not use on surfaces with an inclination
in excess of the permissible 5% standard.
ASSEMBLING THE DEVICE
1) Carefully unpack all components of the machine and
check its general condition.
2) Place the machine on even, stable surface.
PLEASE NOTE Before assembly or spare part replacement
make sure that the machine is not switched on and that the
power cord is unplugged!

1) Using the squeegee lever [12], lift the squeegee
support [18] (Fig. I).
2) Slide the squeegee bar [16] into the appropriate
place on the squeegee support [18] (Fig. II).
3) Fix the squeegee bar [16] using the mounting knobs
[17] (Fig. III).
4) Connect the suction hose [15] with one end to the
suction socket on the dirty water tank [3] and the
other end to the opening at the squeegee bar [16].
5) Adjust the position of the squeegee bar [16] in
such a way that it contacts the ground in a vertical
position (Figure IV).
6) If it is necessary to adjust the height of the squeegee
[16], it should be adjusted using the height adjuster
[19] (Fig. V). The height change affects the bending
of the rubber strips in contact with the ground

1) Pull and turn the disc brush lock [14] to release the
cleaning head lock [6] (Fig. VI).
2) Using the handlebars with the control panel [1]
slightly lift the front of the machine and then pull the
machine back so that the cleaning head [6] casters
rest on the ground. Position the cleaning head [6]
vertically with respect to the ground (Fig. VII).
3) Attach the disc brush [8] to the head (Fig. VIII).

3.3. DEVICE USE
PLEASE NOTE Before starting work, carefully read the
operating instructions.
PLEASE NOTE Do not put hands or any other objects inside
the machine while in operation or place such objects in the
area of the machine in operation.
Gripping the brush or wiper with the hands while the
machine is in operation is also dangerous and therefore
prohibited.
3.3.1. BEFORE YOU OPERATE THE MACHINE
1) Do not connect the machine to the mains and make
sure that the machine is unplugged until you have
prepared both the machine and the working area for
work.
2) Before you start cleaning set out the appropriate
warning signs, and sweep or wipe the surface to be
cleaned.
3) Check that there are no traces of leaks where the
machine was parked which might be an indication
that the machine has been damaged or is leaking.
4) Check that the disc brush [8] and the squeegee bar
[16] are fitted correctly. Adjust if necessary.
5) Check the condition of the dirty water tank [3]. If
necessary, empty and clean it before starting work.
6) Check the condition of the clean water tank [5]. If
necessary, fill it with clean water at <50°C and add
detergent as recommended by the manufacturer.
PLEASE NOTE: Use only cleaning agents for
automatic machines (low-foaming) and follow the
instructions for use, disposal and warnings provided
by the manufacturer.
3.3.2. BETRIEB

1) Connect the machine to the mains (Fig. IX).
2) Adjust the handlebars [1] tilt using the tilt adjuster [D]
(fig. IX).
3) Lower the cleaning head [6] to the horizontal position,
then block its movements using the circular brush
lock pin [14] (Fig. X).
4) Using the squeegee lever [12], lower the support [18]
so that the squeegee [16] is in contact with the surface
to be cleaned (Fig. XI).
5) Press the sprinkler [E] and suction [F] buttons (Fig. XII).
6) Press the red lock button located in the right
handlebar, then press the left [A] and the right
[B] switch handle. The machine will start (Fig. XIII).
Releasing the handles will turn the machine off.
PLEASE NOTE: Before any adjustment or spare part
replacement please disconnect the machine from the
mains! Simply letting go of the handles is not enough!

7) When cleaning the surface do not stop. Otherwise you
may damage the floor material by too much brushing.
8) Watch the machine in operation. Excessive foaming
deteriorates the efficiency of scrubbing and may even
damage the machine. Pay attention to the proper
dosing of the cleaning agent.
9) If the floor is heavily soiled, it is recommended to
pre-soak the surface to be cleaned with water and
detergent.
10) If the dirty water tank [3] is filled, the float in the tank
will prevent further suction of water from the cleaned
surface. Stop the machine immediately, disconnect
it from the power supply and empty the dirty water
tank [3].
11) After finishing work, remember to turn off the
machine and unplug it before cleaning the machine.
12) Using a dirty water drain hose [13], drain the waste
water from the dirty water tank [3] to appropriate
drainage installation.
13) Drain clean water using the clean water drain [11] if
the machine is not intended to be used any more.
PLEASE NOTE: Local waste water treatment
regulations must be observed.
3.3.3. HAZARDS IN THE COURSE OF USING THE DEVICE
The hazards that can occur during use of the machine
are mechanical hazards. The mechanical hazard occurs
in situations in which injuries can result from mechanical
impact of various elements, e.g. machine parts, tools,
etc. on people. The basic mechanical hazards include
squeezing, crushing, cutting, pulling in or catching; impact;
puncture; abrasion; as well as slipping and stumbling.
These hazards can occur both during normal machine
operation and as a result of irregularities in machine
operation. These irregularities might result in machine
failure. The mechanical hazards can result from: moving
machines, transported loads, moving elements, sharp/
rough elements, dropping elements/loads, slippery uneven
surfaces, limited space, location of the work station in
relation to the ground.
3.3.4. INSPECTIONS AND PERIODIC CONTROL
Before being used, the new or repaired machine must
be checked by qualified technical personnel who have
knowledge and experience within the scope of operation
and maintenance of this type of machine. The machine
must be checked regularly by means of visual control of
the machine's condition, before, during and after use. The
check must be performed by the machine's operators. Any
irregularities in machine operation as well as any damage
must be reported to the proper technical personnel. Do
not use the machine if damage or any irregularities in its
operation were found.
NOTE: Disconnect the machine from the power supply
before each inspection.
• PRELIMINARY INSPECTION: Before first use. All new
or repaired machines must be checked by a qualified
and competent person to ensure the machine meets
the requirements of this operating manual.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a) Disconnect the mains plug before any cleaning,
adjustment, replacement of accessories or if the
machine is not in use. Wait for the rotating elements
to stop.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
d) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
e) Never spray the device with water.
f) Do not allow water to get inside the device through
vents in the housing of the device.
g) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical efficiency and spot any damage.
h) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
i) Do not clean the machine with steam jets.
j) Empty and rinse the dirty water tank after each use.
k) After use, check the condition of the suction system
components to prevent it from blocking.
l) Store the machine with the scrub head in raised
position.
m) Make sure that the system is regularly rinsed with
clean water and that the machine filters are cleaned.
n) Make sure that the water system gaskets are
inspected regularly, check their tightness and replace
if necessary.
o) Clean the rubber strips and scrapers after every use.
p) Regularly check the brushes for wear.
