Insert the container (5) on the motor casing (8) [Fig. C].

Fully insert the blades (4) on the shaft (6) [Fig. D].

Do NOT exceed the 5-second ON time of use; 2 minutes OFF (three cycles)
with 400 g of meat. Allow the product to cool for 120 minutes before repeating
the operation.

DO NOT insert more than 400 g of raw meat.
•
DO NOT insert cheese rinds, coffee and hard seeds as the motor and the
blades could be damaged.
•
NEVER use liquid ingredients in the appliance.
•
NEVER use ice in the appliance.

The first few times it is used, the motor could emit the typical smell of a new
appliance.

The safety system (7) stops the appliance if the lid (1) is opened.
•
Place the ingredients inside the container (5).
•
Place the splash-proof cover (2) inside the container (5) without pushing it down [Fig. E].
•
Close the container (5) with the lid (1).
•
Insert the plug (10) in the socket.
•
Press the lid (1) to activate the appliance [Fig. F].
•
Once the food has been processed wait for the blades to stop completely (4).
•
disconnect the plug (10) from the socket.
•
Lift the lid (1).
•
remove the splash-proof cover (2).
•
remove the blades (4).
•
Empty the container.
•
Clean the appliance after having used it.
•
Wash the removable components: the blades (4), the container (5) and the splash-
proof cover (2) by hand with soap and water or in the dishwasher without exceeding
