Unless otherwise specified, our "General Sales Terms" apply. Warranty and liability claims in regards to persons
or equipment damages are invalid, if one or more of the following causes apply:

Improper use of the machine,
•
improper assembly, startup, operation or maintenance of the machine,
•
operation of the machine with defect safety devices or improperly fixed or non-functioning safety and
protection devices,
•
not considering of the instructions in the operating instruction booklet concerning transport, storage,
assembly, startup, operation, maintenance and setting up of the machine, independent structural alterations or
settings on the machine beyond the intended purpose,
•
inadequate supervision of wear parts,
•
improperly carried out repairs, inspections or maintenance,
•
catastrophic cases due to foreign objects, acts of god or other reasons which are beyond our control.
General
The disassembly and re-assembly is done only according to the technical drawing. Observe the safety
instructions of the operation and maintenance manual. In case of damages, our service is at your
disposal.
Disassembly
All parts are coordinated in a way that they can be dismantled by light pushing or knocking (wooden base /
rubber hammer).
Motor
Clamp the machine at the gearbox housing item 40 into the vice. Use plastic jaws that enclose the gearbox
housing as far as possible and unscrew the housing, assy. item 1.
Then pull out the motor. Open the motor on the toothed side for changing the vanes item 8, the front end
plate item 9, the cylinder bushing item 5 or the grooved ball bearings items 3 and 11.
This will be done by holding the motor at the cylinder bushing and knocking the toothed side of the rotor item
7 against a wooden base. During installation of new vanes take care that the vanes do not jut out of the rotor.
Gear
Screw off the drill chuck item 100 from the output shaft item 113. Remove the additional handle item 105.
Knock the gearbox housing item 40 with the inner thread side lightly on a wooden base. The gearbox stages
come off and can be drawn out of the housing easily. Remove snap rings items 44 and pull out bearing ring
item 110 with bearings.
At this light pushing or knocking on a wooden base could be helpful. Clamp the gearbox housing and turn
the cover bushing item 129 with set collar items 128, left-hand till to the stop. To screw off the cover bushing
from the set collar warm up the cover bushing with a hot air blower before. Remove bearing needle item
