USE AND OPERATION

• Before plugging in your new hot plate, check to see that the electric circuit is not
overloaded with other appliances. This unit should always be operated on a
separate 220-240 volt, AC outlet which is able to supply min.16A
• Be certain that your unit is resting level on the countertop. Avoid using pans that are
unstable and easily tipped. Place pan on heating element.
• Turn the Thermostat out of the end of " MIN" position. The pilot light will glow
indicating the heating element is energized and heating will begin immediately. The
degree of heating is adjustable with the thermostat, with
MIN = LOW
MAX = HIGH
• The metal surfaces will become hot. Do not touch while is use. When cooking is
finished, turn the thermostat back to the end of " MIN" position. If the hotplate is
not to be in use for a long period of time, it is recommended to unplug unit from the
outlet. This helps to prevent accidental burns.

CARE AND CLEANING

NOTE: Turn off the unit, and unplug it from the wall outlet before maintenance or
cleaning to avoid electric shock.
• NEVER IMMERSE IN WATER.
• Use damp soapy cloth or sponge to clean surface of hotplate, chrome burner
ring, drip pan and base. The sponge or cloth should only be damp without water
dripping to avoid water leaking into the hotplate. NEVER USE HARSH ABRASIVES
OR STEEL WOOL PADS ON ANY PART OF UNIT.
• The total ampere ratings of the equipment plugged in should not exceed the ampere
rating of the cord if you are using an extension cord.
• Please use the cookers, we recommend use frying pan because it can fully contact
with hot plate, make sure got the highest heat.
• Don't put any liquid on the hotplate surface in order to prolong its life.
