TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
No communication with the Alarm Module.
Alarm Module not reacting to alarms.
Alarm Module reacting sporadically.
Red LED indicates alarm but the contacts don't close. Replace the Alarm Module
Verify all EnviraCOM wiring (terminals 1, 2, 3).
Verify the green LED is intermittently blinking.
Verify the green LED is not ON constantly. Check all wiring.
Check alarm contact wiring
Verify there is an active critical alarm. Verify red LED in ON.
Verify there are no loose wires.
Verify the EnviraCOM enabled control is generating critical alarms.
Non-critical alarms will not cause the contacts on the Alarm Module to
close. Check LED for critical alarm indication.
