CAUTION: Do not touch the bulb with bare hands. Use clean gloves or cloth to hold bulb during installation.
1. Let fixture cool for 10 minutes before changing bulb.
2. Open fixture to gain access to bulb.
3. Remove old bulb carefully and dispose of properly.
4. Insert one end of bulb into ceramic socket, then pushing
gently against inserted end, slide other end into place.
Note: Each end of bulb must be placed on the dimples
of the electrical contacts for the bulb to light.
5. Close fixture and install Guard.
1. Remove 2 Screws
and Clips (Figure #3).
2. Attach one end of
Guard behind
Lens Frame.
3. Snap other end
into place.
4. Fasten two Screw Clips
to light head (Figure #3).
CAUTION: Halogen Lamps operate under high pressure and may shatter; Protective Lens and Guard must be in place at all times.
1. Place one Leg between Mounting Bracket and align holes.
2. Insert one bolt through holes and tighten nut.
3. Repeat for other two Legs.
NOTE: Legs should fold down when properly installed.
WARNING:
Do not attempt to connect Lightbar with Power Cord
plugged into any power source.
1. Set stand up and lock legs into position.
2. Remove Junction Cover and Gasket from Lightbar.
3. Run power cord from stand through bottom of Lightbar and out the top.
4. Turn the Lightbar clockwise to thread into top of stand.
5. Tighten Grounding Screw on stand.
WARNING: Improper grounding may result in fire, electric shock or personal injury.
6. Make wire connections following the diagram at right.
7. Gently push the wires back into Lightbar and install
Gasket and Junction Cover.
8. Proceed to Lamp and Guard installation instructions.
1. Set stand up and lock legs into position.
2. Align hole in Lightbar with top of stand.
3. Thread Holding Nut into top of stand.
4. Tighten Grounding Screw on stand.
