Tips
• Any type of milk can be used. Different milks produce varying amounts of froth.
• Frothing incorporates air into the milk which sweetens the taste of milk.
• Fat-free milk produces the most froth.
• Use whatever milk you like best in your coffee.
• Always use cold, fresh milk for frothing or warming.
• Any coffee or tea drink you make can be served hot or iced.
Serving Suggestions
• Add flavored syrups to change the flavor of your coffee or tea drinks.
• Spoon the froth onto the surface of your coffee drink. Use the spoon to hold the
remaining froth in milk frother, while pouring milk into your coffee. The milk will
mix with the coffee, leaving the froth on top.
• Top any frothed drink with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, powdered or shaved
chocolate, nutmeg, or chocolate or caramel topping.
