The installation must include a safety valve connected
directly to the boiler outlet.
Bleed the calorifier exchanger circuit as follows :
Unscrew the cap on bleeder valve P1 and bleeder valve P2 by a
few turns.
Bring the mark on the screw on the non-return angle valve into the
open position.
Fill the tank slowly to facilitate bleeding.
Unstick the load pump in necessary: To do this, unscrew the
guard plug at the front of the pump. Insert a screwdriver into the slot
in the pump spindle and turn the spindle several times to the right and
left.
Close the manual bleeder valve when water flows out.
Bring the mark on the screw on the non-return angle valve into the
automatic position.
Run the load pump cold for a few minutes to enable priming and
degassing.
Close the cap on the automatic bleeder valve when water flows
out.
