INCAR2-CURVE
a) Inspect swivel pin
Check that there is a sliding rotation of the swivel pin. Inspect the eyelet of the swivel pin for signs of corrosion,
cracks, or elongation. If damaged, do not use. Damaged eyelet can indicate that trolley was overloaded. Contact
an Authorized Harken R27 INCAR Trolley Inspector to carry out a more thorough inspection.
b) Inspect washer
Check that the washer is not deformed. A washer deformation can indicate that trolley was overloaded. Contact
an Authorized Harken R27 INCAR Trolley Inspector to carry out a more thorough inspection.
c) Inspect dumper
Check that the dumpers are present and correctly positioned.
d) Inspect runners
Check that there are no breaks in the runners, which could cause the ball bearings to come out.
e) Inspect screws
Check that the two screws that hold the runners in place are present and not loose.
f) Inspect ball bearings
Check the ease of movement and integrity of the ball bearings by circulating them in the runner. Check that all
the ball bearings are present.
WARNING!
At the end of the inspection, in case of identified faults, damaged parts, wear, corrosion,
deformation, faults that are detected during the compulsory periodical inspection, a fall with
consequent stress for the trolley has occurred, or doubts about the condition of the product,
DO NOT USE the trolley and contact an authorized Harken R27 INCAR Trolley Inspector or an
authorized Harken Service Center.
NOTE!
Check the legibility of the R27 INCAR trolley markings.
