One Year Limited Warranty
MAC® area light are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of
purchase against any defect or manufacturing fault, and
wear parts are covered by the legally enforced guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover the following cases: normal
wear, non compliance of instructions of use and safety
guidelines, nonconventional or abusive use of the lamp,
tool overloading, lack of servicing or maintenance, intrusion
of foreign bodies, tools which have been disassembled
or modifed, or featuring traces of shock (dents, cracks,
broken covers, etc.), use with poor quality or non-
compatible accessories.
To use the guarantee, provide: the lamp with its serial
number as well as the legible and unmarked original
invoice designating the product and its date of purchase.
Detailed conditions of application of the guarantee: call your
distributor. This lifetime warranty is subject to the disclaimers
and limitations described below, and is in lieu of all other
warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may
have other rights which vary in certain states or provinces.
