General information

The HEXA THERMA is a robust, easy to use and quick to install plug-and-play temperature
controller. It has been specially designed for flexible use in various applications where temperature
regulation is required.
The digital controller is designed for 110 to 240 V and 10 A. A solid state relay is used as a switch,
so there is no mechanical wear and tear, it guarantees a longer life and the temperature can be
controlled more accurately.
An anodised aluminium housing is used for cooling the power electronics, as well as for a modern
appearance and robust design. One or two PT100 sensors are used to measure the temperature.
The desired temperature and the unit of measurement (Fahrenheit / Celsius) are set via a
membrane keyboard. A blue LCD screen is used for display.
The controller is equipped with an automatic monitoring system that safely cuts off the heating
supply in case of sensor anomalies or a higher than programmed temperature. Two PT100
