TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The snow shovel does not
start.
The motor is on, but the
rotor does not turn.
The snow shovel leaves a
thin layer.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The snow shovel is
unplugged.
The lock-out button or
trigger switch were not used
properly.
Extension cord is damaged. Verify no damage in extension cord.
The belt is damaged.
The scraper is worn.

SOLUTION
Verify that the snow shovel is
plugged into an electrical outlet.
Press and hold the lock-out button,
while holding the lock-out button,
press the switch trigger. (See
Figure 5).
Replace the belt (see "IMPELLOR
REPLACEMENT" on page 19-20).
