3 Installing the Rear Wheel Assembly
• Turn the stroller upside down with the rear legs facing upwards.
• Locate the rear wheel assembly and slide it onto the rear legs with the brakes facing the rear of the stroller. Be sure to slide each side all
the way in until the push pins are engaged. See Figure 3.1.
NOTE: You may need to push each of the push pins in to slide the assembly into place.
• Pull upward on each side of the rear axle to ensure it is installed properly.
4 Installing Front Wheels
• Place the front wheel sets onto the front wheel posts until they click in place. See Figure 4.1.
• Pull on the wheel sets to ensure they are installed properly.
5 Front Wheel Locks
The front wheels can be set to swivel or lock.
• To lock the front wheels, rotate each wheel set so that it points forward.
• Pull up on the red locking lever to engage the swivel lock. See Figure 5.1.
• To unlock the wheels (swivel mode) push down on the lever.
6 Rear Wheel Brakes
• Always engage rear brakes before placing an infant car seat or removing an infant car seat from the stroller.
• To engage the brakes, push down on BOTH of the red brake levers until the brake snaps in place. See Figure 6.1.
• Check that BOTH wheel brakes are properly engaged.
• To release the brakes, lift up on BOTH brake levers. See Figure 6.2.
Always make sure BOTH wheel brakes are engaged when stroller is not being pushed so that the stroller will not roll
away. Never leave stroller unattended, especially on a hill or incline, as the stroller may tip over or slide.
See insert for the compatible infant car seat models that the Twin Roo+ will accommodate.
For the most updated list of compatible infant car seats, please check our website at www.joovy.com.
Always make sure the child is properly buckled into the infant car seat. Use of the stroller with two infants in their
infant car seats weighing more than 40 lbs. (18.14 kg) each or two infants totaling more than 80 lbs. (36.29 kg) will
cause excessive wear and stress on the stroller and may cause a hazardous unstable condition.
7 Installing the Parent Tray
• Position the two hooks on the parent tray so that they fit over the rear frame bar below the handle bar. Align the holes of the parent tray
with the push pins on the frame bar and be sure these pins pop into the holes on both hooks. Check to be sure the tray is secure.
See Figure 7.1.
8 Storage Basket
• The maximum weight that can be carried in the storage basket is 10 lbs. (4.54 kg).

9 Folding the Product
